All orders are shipped via UPS ground with tracking by the listed ship by date, unless you choose expedited shipping.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges of items in original unworn condition within 2 weeks of receiving your order with the exception of holiday orders.
Holiday gift orders placed starting November 9 will be eligible for exchange through January 10th- please check the "this is a gift box" for the extended return window.
Please note any customized items can not be exchanged and are final sale.
