once my order ships how long will it take to arrive?
Domestic orders SHIP TRACKED And insured via usps priority mail or fedex and take 2-3 days to arrive. You will receive a email with the tracking information once your order ships. If you are an international client please contact us for shipping options.
Are All of your pieces handmade?
YES, all pieces are original designs, currently handmade in my charlotte, nc studio.
WHAT metals do you use?
WE use solid sterling silver, 14kt and 18kt gold to ensure your pieces will last a lifetime.
WHY DO MY SILVER PIECES TARNISH?
Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and typically the remainder is copper which tarnishes with exposure to oxygen and oils in the skin. Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of sterling silver, see care instructions below.
CAN YOU MAKE a piece a custom size or material?
YES, since all of the pieces are handmade and many of them to order, we can accommodate requests for custom sizes, chain lengths, metals and various gem stones. please email us for availability, pricing and lead time.
ARE you currently taking on custom orders?
we are taking A limited number of custom orders for 2018. A Deposit is required. please feel free to email us about your ideas.
HOW do I care for my jewelry?
WE recommend using a silver cream (wrights is a brand you often see in grocery stores). Silver cream usually comes in jar with soft sponge, use the sponge to gently wipe the cream on your jewelry, rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth immediately. avoid contact with soft stones such as turquoise or opal and do not use on pieces with and oxidized (dark grey) finish.
Can i return my jewelry?
pieces in original condition can be exchanged within two weeks of being ordered, any difference in price will be returned in the form of a gift card, shipping is additional. custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.
