the worst thing

"One of the real benefits of believing in the resurrection is that you understand that death is not the worst thing, not living your life, that's the worst thing."

That quote is from an NPR interview with the first openly gay Bishop, Gene Robinson.  Bishop Robinson said this when asked about the death threats he receive when he admitted his true sexuality.  Another poignant quote from Bishop Robinson;

"Life is a gift and we are meant to be good stewards of that gift and to use it for it's best potential"

Beautiful words, lets go out and live them.
