happy new year!

Okay, okay,  I know the new year started ten days ago but I am pretending like today is really the first day of the rest of my life.  And the reason is that I really wanted to start the new year off on the right foot because I know it is going to be such a fabulous year. 

My new years eve was really great, spent with people I really love, celebrating not just the new year but their engagement (finally) and that was all wonderful.  Then I got sick, and have been sick ever since.  I hardly ever get sick and so I conveniently forget how awful it really is (especially when my husband is sick).  But I won't dwell on the congestion, snotting nose, sore throat, complete loss of taste and smell and the fact that all you can do is lay in bed with the covers pulled over your head until it passes.  I am pretty much better and ready to start this new year off right- because I have a whole lot to get done in one little year.

So now that 2011 is here and I am raring to go watch and hold me accountable for the following things...

• a new jewelry collection due out Jan 31, just in time for Valentine's Day :)
• updated website/blog format
• the ability to buy directly from my website, thanks to pay pal!
• branding of each jewelry piece, just incase you forget who designed your fabulous jewelry
• new professional photography, finally, I know, money doesn't grow on trees!
• and personally, a half marathon- which is as far as I am going, I'm not completely insane!

There is a lot more exciting things in the future that I can not share with you now but stay tuned, things are going to get interesting!  Happy 2011!
