Yay!  It's Friday!  Too bad my husband and I both have to work.:(  But we will still enjoy a little laying around and Olympic watching. I'm also planning on making this delicious looking- Asparagus Leek Soup- it looks suuuper close to the soup Amalie's makes, my fingers crossed it's the same.  I'll let you know how it goes.
