your stamp

Wow, the last time I posted was Jan 9th!  Time flies when you're sleep deprived! 

I figured I'd better post before people started thinking I had the baby- so if you were wondering- no, unfortunately, I haven't had the baby.  But I have been busy with baby things, getting ready for him, trying to get all of our home projects wrapped up and writing thank you notes to all my wonderful friends that have been so sweet and thrown showers for me or given gifts. 

As I've been writing my thank you notes I've gone through quite a bit of my favorite stationary and all of the stamps I had on hand. In getting ready to restock I realize that these notes are a reflection of me and my style- I looooove a hand written note on beautiful stationary.  And lucky for us these days there are so many styles to choose from.  But I think we forget about the stamps, so many of them are a work of art in their own right.  Here are few of my favorites available right now...

Anyway, the price of stamps are getting ready to go up by a penny so if you are thinking about taking up letter writing you might want to head to the post office before the 27th to get some forever stamps.  Hey, a penny saved is a penny earned right?
