your new obsession
So I am about to ruin your productivity this week by introducing you to a little thing called Pinterest- as in pin (like on a bulletin board) and interest.

Okay this concept is a little hard to explain so I'll borrow this explanation from the Pinterest website to clarify things for you...
Pinterest is a Virtual Pinboard.
Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes.
Best of all, you can browse pinboards created by other people. Browsing pinboards is a fun way to discover new things and get inspiration from people who share your interests.
So if you think I am cool you can "follow" me and see all of the cool things I am "pinning", if you think my "pins" are cool you can "repin" them to one of your bulletin boards and even write your own comment. This is also great because the original source of the picture is always associated with it.
You can see above I repinned this from Avalon McLean-Smits, it was originally pinned from (see upper right) jjjound.com which you could go to if you wanted additional info about this picture, if you wanted to repin this picture the option is to the upper left.
Basically think of this as your inspiration bulletin board but waaaay better because, well because it is. Pinterest might ruin your productivity but I promise it will inspire you or at least get you excited, which is totally worth the productivity sacrifice.:) Go, go now, or when you have a few hours to spare because I warning you now, it is addictive!
